Benché l’articolo pur con tutti i limiti elencati abbia un suo interesse, per chi volesse approfondire il tema storico della germania pre-bellica con un taglio psicologico, consiglio piuttosto questo libro di Harald Welzer e Sönke Neitzel “Soldaten – Protokolle vom Kämpfen, Töten und Sterben”. In questo caso, secondo un’ottica psicosociale, è stata fatta una vasta analisi linguistica sullo sterminato materiale delle intercettazioni ambientali dei prigionieri tedeschi nei campi di prigionia americani, identificando (in parte) gli aspetti culturali e le cornici di riferimento della Germania dall’inizio del ‘900 al ‘45.
